COMMUNITY SOLAR PROJECTS

PVOne provides land owners with opportunities to earn long term revenue streams in states with community solar programs. PVOne performs detailed land use analyses, creates customized site plans, and develops project pro formas to determine the value of land to host a community solar power project. Based on the results of these efforts, PVOne works with land owners to define the terms of a solar site lease agreement that ensures the respectful development practices used to develop the project site and guarantees annual lease payments for the term of the agreement.
