PVOne, Goldman Sachs, and EDF Renewables North America (EDFR) have partnered together in the build of New Jersey's largest commercial solar project, the Toms River Solar Site. This project is also the largest solar array to be built on a Superfund Site, according to EDFR.
The Toms River Solar Site will be generating 28.9MW of clean energy, meeting the needs of over 5,250 NJ homes once the Community Solar project has gone through approval.
Toms River Site was built on 120 acres of the BASF site located on Oak Ridge Parkway in Toms River, New Jersey, and includes a 27.4MW grid-connected system and an adjacent 1.5MW net-metered solar system.
